This medicine in pharmaceutical form of ophthalmic solution 0.3% is used to treat certain bacterial infections of eyes, such as keratitis, conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, keratoconjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, blepharitis, dacryocystitis, acute meibomianitis. Gentamicin Sulfate injectable is prescribed for the treatment of various bacterial infections, including bacteremia, respiratory tract infections, meningitis, pneumonia, blood infections, bone infections, skin and soft tissue infections, septicemia, sepsis, abdominal and urinary tract infections, kidney infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, surgical prophylaxis, rabbit fever, plague, peritonitis, intraabdominal infection, febrile neutropenia, endometritis, cystic fibrosis, brucellosis, bacterial infective endocarditis.
